Study On Construction Risk Management Of The Emergency Transf Ormation Project Of J Water Plants

In construction management,there are many risks from all kinds of different related fields,which brings impediment to the process of construction and leads to delayed completion,expected function,over cost to the budget,etc.Nowadays in modern project management,people pay more attention to the risk management.We study knowledge of the risk management and strengthen our capability in order to tackle those complex and unforecasted management risks successfully while implementing construction projects.The TRANSFORMATION PROJECT OF J WATER PLANTS is a contingency planning to increase water supply capacity.It demands shorter schedule and ensuring the normalized operation while projecting the transformation,which increase the difficulty of the project and attracts more attention in the water plants construction field.Therefore,it is neccessory to bring the technique of risk management into the project processing excluding unespected aspects.This issue,by studying from both domestic and international theories and experience,the writer analysises the daylight work in the Emergency Transformation Project of J Water Plants.By using those technique 'export survey' and 'analytic hierarchy process',the writer identifies and evaluates risks and gives countermeasures on management,technique,construction,operation in order to ensure the project implement successfully.Hope the study could give references to the water plants construction.
