Heavy-haul railway has greatly improved its transport capacity and economic benefits because of its huge advantages of environmental protection,energy saving and high efficiency,and has become the focus of development in China at present and in the future.The environment along the railway is complicated,and the proportion of the bridge is large.Based on the characteristics of the heavy-haul railway with heavy axles and large traffic volume,the load and impact effects of the bridges are increased,the performance degradation is aggravated,and the potential safety hazards are increased,which challenges the safety management of Heavy-haul Railway bridges.Based on the related concepts of risk pre-control management,this paper establishes a risk pre-control management model for Heavy-haul Railway bridges,and puts forward new ideas for the study of safety management of Heavy-haul Railway bridges.Firstly,on the basis of literature and related theoretical analysis,the basic content of risk pre-control management model for Heavy-haul Railway Bridges is studied.Combined with the investigation and analysis of Heavy-haul Railway Bridges and their accident causes,To determine the hazard sources of Heavy-haul Railway bridges——Environmental factor,Human factor and the factor of Structural behaviors degradation.According to this,the safety evaluation index system of Heavy-haul Railway Bridges with three-tier index system is constructed.Secondly,the risk assessment of Heavy-haul Railway Bridges is carried out by using the method of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation,and the weight of evaluation indexes of Heavy-haul Railway Bridge is determined by Hierarchy-entropy Combine Assigning Method.According to the results of risk assessment,comprehensive control and pre-control of Heavy-haul Railway Bridges are carried out.,which provides theoretical support for risk pre-control management of Heavy-haul Railway bridges.Finally,the risk pre-control management model of the Shuohuang heavy-haul railway bridge is applied.Through the evaluation and analysis of the results of risk pre-control management of 133#Cihe Bridge on Shuohuang Railway,the safety management has been effectively carried out.In this paper,the management mode of Heavy-haul Railway Bridges is changed from safety management after the event to safety management beforehand,which reduces or eliminates potential safety hazards and provides a certain reference value for the safety management research of Heavy-haul Railway bridges.
