The construction of railway bridges involves many complicated construction techniques.Although the existing related bridge construction technology can meet the project construction requirements,there are still some phenomena of low work efficiency and extensive management mode,which is difficult to adapt to the needs of intelligent development of informationization in today’s society.In recent years,BIM technology has become a hot technology for railway construction informationization,and has achieved many research and application results,but most of them are reflected in the BIM model’s model construction and roaming,animation display,etc.,and BIM modeling is generally inefficient.It is difficult to be practically used in the solution of on-site construction technical solutions and poor on-site implementation effects,which has affected the application of BIM technology of railway bridges.The productivity value of BIM technology is still difficult to fully reflect.In theory,the key to the research of BIM technology lies in the analysis,construction,implementation and application of model information based on the deep understanding,research and abstraction of traditional professional problems,and the BIM information model that can reflect the characteristics of engineering specialty is a traditional professional problem.The theoretical basis of BIM model construction and in-depth application,only the application results of BIM technology based on this research logic can bring substantial promotion to the solution of traditional professional problems and produce practical application value.The BIM technology research of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge is an important part of BIM technology research of railway bridge construction.This paper takes the construction of Sangshuping major double track bridge(60+100+60)m continuous beam as the research background,and the prestressed concrete for railway The BIM technology of continuous beam bridge is researched and applied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the line information,geometric information,comprehensive layout information and geographic information of the threedimensional information model of continuous beam bridge,a three-dimensional information model of continuous beam is created,and the pre-planning,threedimensional technology,collision inspection and construction based on the model are realized.(2)On the basis of the analysis of the construction technical conditions of the bridge site,the structural characteristics of the steel hanging box used in the construction platform and the temporary structure of the triangular bracket used in the construction No.0 block were analyzed,and the research was conceived.Their information models,in turn,enable the application of BIM technology such as mechanical behavior analysis,rapid plotting,schedule management and engineering quantity statistics.(3)Analyzed the key factors affecting linear monitoring.Based on the information model,the relevant characteristics information related to linear monitoring was analyzed,and the linear monitoring management platform was used to compare the measured data with the theoretical data to guide the on-site construction.
