BIM technology is a type of information technology that uses engineering information to build a three-dimensional model loaded with certain engineering information,and use it to solve specific engineering professional applications.The core lies in the convenient construction and in-depth professional application.High-speed rail has become a beautiful business card on the international manufacturing stage in China,and the corresponding high-speed rail construction technology has reached the world-class level.High-speed rail bridges account for a large proportion of high-speed rail projects.The intelligent construction of high-speed rail bridges using BIM technology has become one of the hotspot technologies and important research topics of intelligent construction.In recent years,although BIM technology has received extensive attention and promotion in the field of high-speed rail bridge construction,and many important research and application results have been achieved in the industry and academia,it is also mainly reflected in the models based on international brand BIM platforms,and the model’s built-in areas such as visual roaming,technical analysis,collision check,engineering quantity review,smart construction site,project management,the convenient construction of BIM model and its early planning,temporary structure design and calculation,engineering calculation,template design and optimization,fine planning of construction organization and other professional fields are still inadequate in in-depth application research,which affects the application of BIM technology in the construction of high-speed railways and the realization of their core values.There is still huge room for development of BIM technology in the research field of high-speed rail construction technology.Simple supported beam bridges and prestressed concrete continuous beam bridges are widely used types of high-speed railway bridges.They have rich,complex and diverse construction professional technical characteristics.BIM technology needs to reflect these characteristics in the bridge construction field.This article takes the construction of the Zhangjihuai high-speed railway Longbihe bridge as the engineering background and uses BIM technology to study the technical application of the bridge construction specialty.The main contents are as follows:(1)Taken Longbihe bridge as the research object,analyzed its route information,geometric information,comprehensive layout information and geographic information,and adopted appropriate modeling strategies,it was convenient to realize the creation of a three-dimensional information model with LOD400 level and a certain information depth.The joint application of the model and GIS has carried out professional applications such as preliminary planning,3D technical interpretation,and construction progress management.(2)Rebar modeling is a difficult point in the research of BIM technology for high-speed rail bridges.Efficient rebar BIM modeling technology is conducive to accurate construction calculation and visualization of the reinforcement.This paper took the bridge round-end simple-supported beam solid bridge pier reinforcement as the research object,used Revit as the BIM platform,and used Dynamo,Python,and Revit API development technologies to program and model the round-end simply-supported beam solid bridge pier reinforcement and realized simplification and high efficiency of BIM modeling of bridge pier complex steel rebar.(3)An optimized No.0 bracket solution requires comprehensive consideration of the actual conditions and technical conditions of the field project.From a variety of possible No.0 bracket solutions,the optimal No.0 bracket solution is selected and related calculations are performed,which is conducive to the effective control of project safety and cost.This paper used BIM technology to realize the design of No.0 fast carriage,mechanical behavior analysis,fast drawing,schedule management,and engineering quantity statistics,which is conducive to the optimal design of high-speed rail bridges.(4)Block 0 template is an important material for high-speed rail bridge construction,and its cost accounts for a large proportion.Optimizing design of the formwork use BIM technology can effectively improve design quality and design efficiency,and is therefore an important content of BIM technology research for high-speed rail bridges.This paper used BIM technology to conveniently implement the BIM model of the Longbihe rigid frame bridge block 0 template,and then realized the mechanical behavior analysis,rapid drawing and engineering quantity statistics.Optimized design of the template of block 0 of Longbihe rigid frame bridge.
