Automatic test tube labeling machine has been widely used in hospital test tube labeling at present,but at present,the conveying device of test tube labeling machine is still deficient.At present,the step motor,which controls the operation of the conveying device in the labeling machine,operates in constant subdivision so that the positioning is not accurate in the process of labeling,and there is a large noise in the operation process.In view of this situation,this paper puts forward a deeper request to the running characteristic of stepping motor.The previous stepping motor can only be driven by whole-step mode or half-step mode,and its power supply mode requires a special pulse drive power supply.This driving mode makes the step motor easy to appear noise in the process of operation,resulting in low control accuracy.The emergence of subdivision drive technology solves the problems of stepping motor in operation,such as large step angle,low resolution and so on.Stepping motor subdivision drive technology is essentially to control the current in its excitation winding,and convert the input or cut-off mode of the current from the original square wave type to the ladder wave type.This method not only ensures the steady operation of the stepping motor,but also improves the control precision and reduces the noise in the running process.In the case of the defect of the step motor in the test tube labeling machine,this paper presents the operation mode of the conveying device as the conveying device to achieve the objective of control and optimization of the conveying device of the test tube labeling machine.This paper proposes to design a high precision stepping motor subdivision drive system which combines control and drive.The drive system takes STM32 as the control core and IR2113 as the driving core.The step motor can be operated in variable subdivision mode in order to improve the control accuracy of the conveying device.Firstly,a simulation model of a two-phase hybrid stepping motor subdividing drive system is established,and then the simulation is carried out in the Simulink simulation tool in the MATLAB software,and finally,the physical experiment platform is built and tested according to the design of the hardware circuit,According to the relevant experimental data,the control accuracy of the stepping motor can be improved and the generated noise can be reduced,and the control and optimization of the test tube labeling machine conveying device can be realized,and the method has wide application value.
