Tube labeling is an important part of blood collection in hospital laboratories.The accuracy of labeling and labeling information directly affects the efficiency of subsequent storage of blood samples.In the event of mistakes in manually attaching the label information,medical disputes may even be caused.Cumbersome tube labeling process,severely affected the blood collection speed,increase patient waiting time.Is a problem to be solved urgently in the process of medical automation and integration.With the extensive application of hospital laboratory information management system LIS,it is possible for medical equipment to automatically obtain patient information,laying a foundation for the development of an automatic tube labeling machine that replaces the existing labeling method.In order to improve the accuracy and speed of tube labeling,this paper designed a fully automatic tube labeling machine that can solve the problems of existing manual labeling and other semi-automatic labeling equipment.The entire tube labeling machine by the mechanical structure,tube labeling machine control system,the host computer system consists of three parts.According to the need to achieve the function of each part of the module design.According to the automatic test tube labeling principle,the mechanical structure is divided into seven main structures,through a reasonable arrangement,streamlining the entire flow of the process.The use of stepper motor and solenoid drive plan.Test tube labeling machine control system design is divided into two parts of hardware and software programs,the hardware circuit is divided into five modules,the choice of STM32F407ZGT6 as a master chip,with the peripheral design of the functional circuit to meet the automatic test tube labeling machine required electrical Equipment control requirements,and use the Altium software to draw the main control board and the driver board.The software program is divided into four functional modules,using hierarchical modular design ideas,written in C language in the Keil5 software environment.Through the analysis of the automatic labeling process,the overall action is subdivided into seven step-by-step actions,and the algorithms of various functions are realized through different combinational logic.In order to ensure the accuracy of stepping motor pulse positioning,stepping motor speed control using linear control algorithm to further enhance system stability.In order to automatically test tube labeling machine control system and the host computer system between the efficient communication,use Modbus rtu communication,and developed a message.Host computer system is divided into interface program,test tube labeling machine management system and local database composed of three parts,the use of C # in the Visual Studio 2013 software design,three parts can be achieved on the host computer system to connect LIS system functions and design of the human Management system for automatic tube labeling machine control and debugging.
