With the rapid development of China's transportation facilities,asphalt concrete pavement structures are widely used.Along with the increase of highway mileage,the asphalt pavement also exposed some defects,especially the rut damage.For some new expressways,the road surface has a serious rutting problem in a short time after opening to traffic,which greatly affects the driving safety.This paper considers the special temperature changes in the refreezing area,and takes Zhangcheng Expressway as a typical pavement structure.The permanent deformation of the road surface was studied from the load,temperature and vehicle axis.In addition,the development law of the rut on the road surface under overload conditions is predicted.Based on the theoretical analysis of the pavement temperature field,the temperature of 24 hours in a typical high temperature season of the expressway in the refreezing area is investigated and summarized.And the temperature field model of the pavement structure is established,the influence of temperature parameters on the pavement structure is also simulated and analyzed.Aiming at the linear pavement structure adopted in the current asphalt pavement design specification and the nonlinear structure considering the material parameters,the corresponding model is established to further verify the rationality of the model.Considering the influence of the temperature field in the refreezing zone on the structural deformation,the nonlinear pavement structure model is used to analyze the causes of the pavement structure,and the rutting changes and laws during the operation period are predicted and analyzed.The effect of vehicle speed on rutting is analyzed under the assumption that the number of road surface loads is constant.At the same time,when designing the existing highway,the selected load is the standard load,and further predicting and analyzing the influence of the vehicle overload on the rut change of the pavement structure.
