Taking the Zhangcheng Expressway Asphalt Pavement in the heavily frozen area as an example of the project, the Ci CS I multi-functional road condition rapid detection system was used to detect the condition of the Zhangjiakou section of the Zhangcheng Expressway. The results show that the types of diseases in Zhangjiakou section are mainly vertical and horizontal cracks and ruts.According to the common diseases, the causes of its occurrence are analyzed by finite element simulation, and the rut development formulas generated at different temperatures are proposed. The research results of this paper are verified through the investigation and analysis of the traffic conditions of some sections of Zhangcheng Expressway.Using the most widely finite element software ABAQUS in pavement engineering, based on the basic theory of the temperature field, the effects of the external environment in the heavy freezing zone on the Zhangcheng highway pavement were simulated and calculated. And considering the internal temperature effect and changes of the pavement structure at different depths and times,it is concluded that the asphalt pavement will cause permanent and unrecoverable deformation at higher temperatures. In order to specifically analyze the deformation effect of the heavy frozen area on the pavement structure,a two-dimensional finite element model of Zhangcheng highspeed pavement was established and a static load was applied. This article analyzes the rut change of asphalt pavement under the influence of temperature, and estimates the rut in a heavy frozen area under different temperature fields. It provides ideas for the design and maintenance of pavement structures in heavy frozen areas.According to the theory of pavement structure dynamics, the mechanical effects of dynamic load on asphalt pavement in a heavy frozen area are analyzed. This paper establishes a three-dimensional finite element model of the vehicle's load in two driving states under uniform speed and braking conditions, different speeds at a constant speed, and three operating conditions under different temperature fields. It also compiles Dload and Utracload subroutines to simulate the stress and deformation of asphalt pavement under different working conditions. Finally, the verification and analysis of the diseases generated by the examples show that: The occurrence of road crowding disease is mainly due to the existence of braking force;Special temperature changes in heavy frozen areas cause reflective cracks in asphalt pavements; The speed of the vehicle also has a certain effect on the deformation of the pavement structure.
