Locator slope as an important parameter of electrified railway catenary,the size not only affect the quality of bow net between the flow,also relates to whether the train safety.How can under the condition of daily maintenance and repair,catenary parameters information more rapidly and accurately,and become the important hot topic in the field of catenary operation and maintenance,among them,the locator slope static measurement,how to obtain the railway line section and curve section of the locator slope is one of the main direction of current research catenary parameters.This design for the locator slope static measuring actual need,acceleration sensor measuring technique is presented in this paper,made a high speed railway catenary locator intelligent slope foot.The slope foot has a high precision,strong anti-interference ability,good stability,can realize artificial slope of catenary locator live free,flexible and efficient measurement.This paper systematically introduces the intelligent positioner gradient measurement technology,the basic principle of measuring and calculation methods are deduced the locator slope,analyzes the existing laser measuring instrument,the amount of square measuring tools such as disadvantages in the process of use at the scenewas introduced in detail in the design of hardware and software aspects.The instrument in the aspect of data collection using MMA7260 acceleration sensor,using component of acceleration of gravity in the shaft,processing into a voltage signal which is available for the processor;Data processing using low-power industrial-grade MSP430 series MCU chip,carry through internal A/D conversion,the analog voltage signal into A digital signal,using the locator gradient measurement formula is deduced,and the inverse trigonometric function,such as arithmetic average algorithm,through code programming for the integrated operation;Under different locator installation according to the difference of measurement model and the management of the number of data collection,design the function of mode selection and data storage function,and finally,to make it displayed on the LCD screen for the use of on-site personnel read quickly,this design also has carried on the field and laboratory test,compared with the previous tool measuring calculated value maximum deviation is less than 0.1°,finally through the indoor and field experiment,analysis shows that the reliability and stability of the instrument,this instrument can measure the high-speed railway slope straight line segment catenary locator size and can measure the size of the catenary curve section locator slope requirements,to make up for a long high-speed rail cannot at the same time the static measurement line section and catenary locator slope of the curve section blank.
