| With China’s attention to clean energy,wind power generation has been widely used,but the cost of equipment maintenance in the process of wind power generation is very high,which is one of the problems restricting the development of wind power.In order to solve this problem,this paper studies the feasibility of application of point inspection in wind farm,develops a point inspection system for wind turbines,realizes the management of personnel and equipment,as well as the establishment of point inspection tasks,data acquisition,data analysis and defect management.Firstly,introduces the development status of spot inspection system and spot inspection technology at home and abroad,sorts out the spot inspection projects,and introduces various contents in the spot inspection of wind power units.Then according to the research objectives of the wind turbine blade point inspection,point inspection data acquisition and point inspection management system for detailed demand analysis,put forward the problems that need to be solved.Subsequently,discussed the spot inspection technology,introduce various algorithms and applications of vibration technology,which provide the basis for vibration signal analysis in the spot inspection system.The wind turbine blade crack detection technology in spot inspection is deeply studied.Based on the deep learning object detection algorithm and the characteristics of the wind turbine blade crack,the algorithm is improved to detect the crack.In the scenario,the transfer learning method is used to solve the problem of model training under small samples.Then the algorithm model is built,sample data is collected to train the model,and the test results are compared with the unmodified algorithm.Then,according to the factors such as security and usage scenarios to chooses the structure of point inspection management system.designs the database structure and function modules of point inspection management system,completes the development of software.In order to to cooperate with the work of point inspection management system,designs the hardware of point inspection instrument,designs and compiles the software on the basis of hardware,realizes data collection and data acquisition.Data storage and data wireless transmission functions.Finally,summarizes the research content of this paper,put forword the points and research emphasis of the further research,which points out the direction for future work. |
