With the development of power plant towards intellectualization,people realize that only grasping the real-time and comprehensive equipment operation data is the best guarantee for the safe and stable operation of power plants.At present,most of the equipment operation status data still rely on manual inspection,rather than on-line monitoring,which leads to a series of drawbacks,such as poor real-time performance,low reliability and low degree of informationization.It is difficult to meet the needs of intelligent development.The main objective of this paper is to enable computer system to acquire comprehensive and accurate equipment status data.Emphasis is laid on how to unify the perception ability of personnel with the standardization of condition assessment,and realize the accessible identification of personnel assessment results by computer system.First of all,this paper analyzes the structure and state characteristics of two typical power equipment,then proposes an improved method for evaluating the state of power equipment.On this basis,the important role of equipment condition assessment knowledge base and its construction method are put forward.Secondly,in order to make full use of people’s perception ability and unify the evaluation results,this paper proposes a standardized description method of equipment status.In addition,in order to achieve efficient identification of system data and friendly interaction between personnel and system,this paper designs a device-state association coding rule to improve the efficiency of information sharing.Finally,the practicability of digital evaluation method for equipment status is verified by system test.This paper builds a digital evaluation system for power equipment status based on Android platform,integrates the digital evaluation elements into the development process of the system,demonstrates the main functions of the system,and expounds the application value of the digital evaluation method in the actual scene.
