Cylindrical permanent magnet synchronous linear motor is a new type of motor.Primary coil is one of the key components of linear motor.It is necessary to wrap polyimide film around primary coil in the production process of linear motor.At present,the production of this link still depends on manual operation.Aiming at the winding problem of primary coil polyimide film,it is necessary to design an automatic winding technology,including winding process.And the design of winding machine to solve the technical difficulties of manual winding.In this paper,an automatic winding process of primary coil polyimide film is presented.Three winding modes are given according to the special shape of primary coil:circular winding,cross-winding and O-winding,cross-beam winding.The design of primary coil polyimide film winding machine is completed.The winding machine is mainly composed of two systems: winding manipulator system and main winding system.The winding manipulator system uses the winding mechanism equipped with electromagnetic sucker and tension control device,and realizes the function of "manipulator" imitating the wrapping film of human hands through multi-axis linkage.The main winding system uses the main drive system to rotate and the winding manipulator system to complete the ring winding process.At the same time,the main shaft and the tail shaft tightening mechanism are used to solve the feeding problem of the primary coil at the same pole distance.According to the requirement of superposition uniformity of winding polyimide film in production process,the structure design of the main drive system is carried out,the causes of motion errors are analyzed,and the rotation and rotation errors of the main drive system are calculated in detail.According to the structure of tension control system,the mathematical model of tension control system is established.By solving differential equation,the inherent characteristics of tension control system are obtained.By using Workbench’s modal analysis of tension control system,the modal frequencies and main modes of the systemare obtained,and the accuracy of the theoretical calculation is verified by comparing with the theoretical values.At the same time,the modal analysis of the tension control system of the maximum allowable tension of the winding manipulator is carried out to avoid resonance.The tension control model is established by using Simulink unit in MATLAB,and the model is simulated by fuzzy PID control.The relationship between tension and time is obtained,which proves that the PID control algorithm meets the precision requirements of tension control system.
