Vertical winding machine is special equipment of the continuous coil power transformer, it with the wire tensioning device,line planes etc. composition vertical winding machine system, and the continuous coil under the control of the control system. This topic to a company’s production of VW1500-10T vertical winding machine system as the foundation, through the single continuous wire coil winding technique carefully studied, and combined with advanced design ideas abroad vertical winding machine, the VW1500-10T vertical winding machine for system optimization agencies, on the basis of the original system adds a single laser line generator means and the electric wire bending means, and the optimized vertical winding machine system design efficient and stable quasi-automatic control system, an automatic step winding mode and single automatic bending function.This control system is given priority to with Siemens S7-200 series PLC controller, Koyo C-More series touch screen man-machine interface, realize parameter setting, status monitoring, alarm processing. According with the system function, the system is divided into winding and auxiliary control subsystem. Winding control subsystem is to achieve disk rotation, winding mode automatically binned, single automatic wire bending and other functions. Auxiliary control subsystem is to achieve disk lift, opening and closing the cover, the lifting wire pultrusion device, cylinder and balloon taut, line planes brake, single-wire electric bending operation device and other functions. The touch screen is connected with the auxiliary winding and control subsystem through the communication cable, achieve the basic functions of the control, winding query input data, system alarm information real-time display and query historical alarms.Winding mode automatic binning feature to achieve, the control system in accordance with the disk rotary encoder signal and the touch-screen input winding mode binning data, combined winding mode binning mathematical model established within the system to achieve automatic winding mode binning. When performing winding mode binned, laser line generator means project a vertical light on the surface of the winding mode, the vertical light is not rotated with the rotation of the disk, whenever the system control module faceplate and winding stops automatically, the operator can draw a light along the vertical line of the sub-file, sub-file until completion. In this part of the control, the most important is the positioning of each parking stall. In order to ensure accurate positioning of each file can stop, set deceleration curve。 When the winding machine in the upcoming arrival of sub-file position, it will be accordance with the deceleration curve quickly locate parking, So that all sub-file error control within ± 2mm, basically meet the needs of sub-file, and improves the efficiency of sub-file。Single-wire automatic bending function is the most important part of the system. Control system rotary encoder signal winding, wire length measurement encoder signal input through the touch screen as well as a single continuous winding wire according to the data collected faceplate, and incorporated in the system,the establishment of a single wire transposition mathematical model "S" bend automatic bending, and draw bending point, deceleration point position, and Single-wire automatic bending. In the control section, the most important is to locate the starting point for determining parking and reach the bending point. The starting point is determined using a laser line generator means at the outer surface of the winding mold a vertical projection of light to achieve. Therefore, when the bending point of arrival to ensure accurate positioning of parking, In the system being set up for bread, cake deceleration curve, when the winding machine come to the bending point position, it will follow the deceleration curve quickly locate parking, such that the final regular bread, cake transposition "S" curve positioning error control within ± 2.5mm, improve the efficiency of the coil winding.In addition, this article also on the vertical winding machine, continous system structure, single conductor coil winding process as well as the man-machine interface configuration are introduced, finally this paper introduces the method of the field debugging of this system, and the problems in the commissioning and methods to resolve the problem.
