In order to complete the corresponding movement and load,the bearing must have a certain play.Play is the main technical indicator of the bearing.Self-lubricating spherical plain bearing as a special of plain bearing,the play is an important parameter to check whether it is qualified or not.However,the current theoretical research on the play of self-lubricating spherical plain bearing and the research of testing equipment are lacking,which seriously restricts the better application of the bearing in production practice.In view of the above situation,this paper takes the self-lubricating spherical plain bearing play as the research object,establishe the play analytical model,and designs the relevant radial play detector.The main tasks as follows:Establishment an analytical model of Self-lubricating spherical plain bearing.By clarifying the definition of play in self-lubricating joint bearings,analyzing the causes and influencing factors of the play,using the deformation of the pad as a bridge,using geometric methods and mechanics knowledge to find the specific load and the function of the downstream gap of the load,analysis of factors affecting play based on model,establish radial and axial analytical models of the bearing.According to the model analysis of the relationship between bearing diameter and axial play,it provides the basis for the actual measurement process.Verification the rationality of the analytical model and correct it by the finite element method.Establishe the loaded finite cloud model of self-lubricating joint bearing.by analyzing the deformation of the bearing liner under the test load condition,the play of the bearing is obtained,and the rationality of the analytical model is verified.The analytical formula was corrected by curve fitting the data of the downstream gaps of different loads.According to the radial play measurement principle and the design requirements of the detector,the overall design of the detector is determined.Specific design of subsystems and key components,and check and analysis of components that may affect the measurement results,and finally complete the test design.Establishing an uncertainty evaluation model for radial play measurement system.Based on the uncertainty evaluation theory,the radial play measurement system designed in this paper analyzes the uncertainty sources from the aspects of measurement methods,measuring equipment,measurement environment and personnel,and establishes the corresponding uncertainty evaluation model.Provide theoretical support for the subsequent test to provide complete detector measurement uncertainty report and further improve the detection accuracy of the detector.
