A large number of distributed generations are installed in the active distribution network,so that the utilization rate of clean energy in the power grid is effectively improved. The flexibility of network operation is also increased. However, due to the random nature of the distributed generation, the incorporation of distributed power into the distribution network presents the risk of large differences in load peaks and valleys.More seriously,It will reduce system reliability. This paper deeply studies the existing problems of distributed generation planning in active distribution network, and gives the corresponding solutions. The validity of the model is verified by simulation. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First, the active distribution network is the development trend of the modern distribution network. The concept and technical characteristics of the active distribution network are introduced. The distributed generation is the main component of the active distribution network. The influences of the access between DGs and the distribution network on power distribution network, network loss and planning are analyzed. The power flow calculation method, demand response overview and classification in the active distribution network are given.Second,in order to deal with the randomness of distributed generation output and the uncertainty of load, this paper introduces the information gap decision theory and establishes the IGDT robust model in the active distribution network. This model takes the annual comprehensive cost as the objective function. The Bacterial Colony Chemotaxis(BCC)optimization algorithm was used to solve the model. And the IEEE33 node was used as an example to simulate. The reasonable distributed generation installation location and capacity planning case was obtained by simulation analysis. In addition, the effects of the IGDT model on the economics and voltage drop of distributed generation planning are analyzed. Finally, demand response is an important part of active management.Based on the above model, this paper further considers its impact on active distribution network planning, and establishes IGDT robust model in active distribution network considering demand response. The two-layer planning idea is adopted. The model is divided into upper and lower layers. The BCC algorithm is used to solve the upper and lower layers respectively. The IEEE33 node is used as an example to simulate. This paper analyzes the impact of the IGDT model on the planning, the impact of demand response on planning and the impact of the proportion of controllable load on the planning, and verifies the feasibility of the model.
