| Today’s economy shows the trend of globalization.Facing the complex and changeable economic situation,as an important part of the regional economy,the port enterprises want to seek development.Qinhuangdao Port Co.,Ltd.is a century-old port.In recent years,the competition among port enterprises has been increasingly intensified.Facing the change of market demand and the aggravation of external competition,in-depth analysis of the development strategy of QHD Port is of great strategic significance for realizing the sustainable development of the company.This paper takes QHD Port as the research object,and puts forward the practical development strategy and the safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy for QHD Port by applying the relevant theories of enterprise development strategy.First of all,it introduces the basic theory,management process and research method of development strategy,and lays a solid theoretical foundation for formulating the strategy suitable for the development of the enterprise.Secondly,the macro environment of QHD Port is analyzed with PEST analysis method,and the industry environment of QHD Port is analyzed with porter’s five forces model,so as to identify the key external strategic elements.Thirdly,it analyzes the basic situation,existing resources and internal management of the company,which is helpful to analyze the key advantages and disadvantages of the company and identify the core competitiveness of the company.Next,SWOT matrix analysis is used to obtain the four optional strategic directions of SO,ST,WT and WO of QHD Port so as to select the development strategy suitable for the company.Finally,the development strategic objectives and development strategic plan of QHD Port are determined,and the guarantee measures for the effective implementation of the development strategic plan are put forward.This paper not only provides valuable strategic development ideas for QHD Port but also provides beneficial references for other port enterprises. |
