Research On The Development Strategy Of Tangshan Caofeidian Shiye Port Co.,Ltd.

As in recent years,restricted to the global economy slowed in sync,the supply-side reform,the port resource integration,peripheral ports competition factors,leading to the development speed of Tangshan caofeidian shiye port Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter abbreviated to TCPC)became lower,competition environment deteriorated,difficulties in transformation and upgrading,and many other problems.TCPC is the first enterprise entered Caofeidian port area.Based on the current situation,the study of the development strategy of TCPC is to clarify the port orientation in the fierce market competition,realize the sustainable development of the company and provide better port services for the development of hinterland.First of all,this paper reviews relevant research literature of strategic management and port competitiveness at home and abroad,sorts out relevant theories of strategic management,and refers to the status of port industry,providing theoretical basis for the development strategy analysis and final strategy selection of TCPC.Secondly,this paper uses strategic analysis tools such as PEST analysis,porter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis to analyze the external environment of TCPC.At the same time,its internal environment is analyzed according to the actual situation.Thirdly,the strategic target and strategic positioning of TCPC were clear and definite and the double moving average method is also used to predict the throughput of 14 th Five-Year of the company.Then,the co-opetition strategy,smart port strategy and other development strategies were put forward.Finally,combining with the strategies chosen by TCPC,this paper makes a series of specific strategic guarantee measures.
