Hydrogen energy has become the most promising clean energy in the world,because of green,high efficiency and wide application.With the "Made in China 2025" putting forward,"energy-saving and new energy vehicles" has been listed as the national key development areas,fuel cell vehicles are listed as the core technology to solve the gap between the independent brand vehicles and the international advanced level.Therefore,the major domestic automobile companies and energy enterprises have increased investment in human,financial,physical aspects and development of hydrogen energy and industrial applications.Firstly,this paper compares and analyzes the different power system structures of fuel cell vehicle,and designs a hybrid power drive scheme with 30.4 kW fuel cell as the main power source and nickel-hydrogen battery as the auxiliary power source,power system parameter matching and the optimization research of energy distribution control strategy.The core components of the system are matched and calculated,finally is selected such as fuel cells,power storage batteries,drive motors,etc.Secondly,the simulation model of 8.5-meter fuel cell bus are established based on MATLAB/Simulink.The simulation model includes cycle mode model,driver model,vehicle controller model,vehicle dynamic model,fuel cell model,power battery model,drive motor model,detection module and output display module.Then,in order to optimize the energy control and make the fuel cell work in the high efficiency zone,the power storage battery SOC is maintained in a certain range,two kinds of control strategies(the power following energy control strategy(original control strategy)and the fuzzy logic energy control strategy(optimized control strategy))are established.Finally,the simulation research on vehicle dynamic performance(maximum speed,0-50km/h acceleration time,maximum gradient)and economic performance(maximum mileage and 100 km power consumption)is carried out by combining the power following control strategy model and fuzzy logic energy control strategy model.At the same time,The vehicle performance test is carried out according to relevant national standards and test requirements.The results of vehicle test are compared and analyzed with simulation,optimal control strategy and original control strategy.The results show that the fuzzy logic energy control strategy is superior to the power following control strategy,and the vehicle power and economy are greatly improved,which meets the performance requirements of the target vehicle.
