With the increasingly serious environmental problems and energy shortages,the development of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles(PHEV)has become one of the recognized directions of change in the automotive industry.The reason why Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle has been recognized is that it has advantages in greenhouse gas emission and energy consumption compared with traditional fuel vehicles.In the final analysis,greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption are mainly energy consumption problems.Therefore,it is an inevitable choice for the technical development of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles to analyze the influencing factors of energy consumption economy of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles and optimize the energy consumption level of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles.For this reason,based on series-parallel PHEV,the following research on the factors affecting the energy consumption economy of PHEV have been carried out:(1)Systematic analysis of the operation stages and driving modes of series-parallel power transmission system is made.Based on the basic parameters and performance indicators of the vehicle,the parameters are selected and the vehicle model is built.On this basis,the logical threshold control strategy based on rules is formulated and the economic simulation is completed.(2)Select the evaluation index and driving cycle of energy consumption economy;Based on the control strategy,select the key threshold parameters and classify them,and simulate and analyze the impact of the threshold on energy consumption economy.(3)Select the appropriate vehicle design parameters and classify them.By combining theoretical analysis with simulation calculation,analyze the impact of vehicle design parameters on energy consumption economy.(4)According to the classification of driving cycle,the corresponding representative standard driving cycle are selected,and the appropriate characteristic parameters of driving cycle are selected to characterize the driving cycle.The data of driving cycle are processed and the new driving cycles are fitted according to the variation of the characteristic parameters of driving cycle.(5)Based on the fitted new driving cycle,the common effects of characteristic parameters and threshold parameters,characteristic parameters and vehicle design parameters on energy consumption economy are analyzed,and the influence of the characteristic parameters on the energy consumption economy is also analyzed.
