Researches and applications about partial prefabricated frame concrete structure are increasing.Building information model(BIM)is rising,which can be building lifecycle management,it will be more professional contact,change the construction industry production and management.BIM and prefabricated frame concrete structure of the split design,can make the splitting design efficiently and accurately.This dissertation analyzes partial prefabricated frame concrete structure and characters of BIM,and puts forward the idea of splitting the whole building as start point.It focuses on the automatic splitting of partial prefabricated frame concrete structure based on BIM.The automation splitting program can do as follows:1)splits the same structural members in a batch;2)sets prefabricated concrete component naming rules,intellingent naming of complex components.Using the BIM CMM(BIM Capability Maturity Model)to evaluate this method,its score is 47.63.The main research and achievements are as follows:By understanding characters of BIM and related BIM softwares,the existing BIM is summarized in the splitting design of partial prefabricated frame concrete structure,there are problems:the existing methods can’t split in a batch,the programs are unintelligent,and the model has a low level of details(LOD)after splitting.Partial prefabricated frame concrete structure is summarized,refer to relevant information,and proposing 6 precautions about the splitting design.Refered by the project about using BIM to splitting design,it determines the idea that starts from the building,faces the overall model.Before splitting the model,it needs build the BIM model about the partial prefabricated frame concrete structure,perform multi-professional clash detection and build some familyinstances in Revit.It introduces the visual programming plugin Dynamo in detail,and completes design of the automatic splitting procedure of prefabricated beam,prefabricated column and prefabricated board.Firstly,Dynamo is used to split figures of prefabricated components.Secondly,it edits rebar information of prefabricated components,so that members of rebars accurate positioning.Thirdly it edits the running space to achieve the automatic placement of embedded parts.Finally using Tekla to splitting the prefabricated wall.Using the UNIFORMATII system to complete prefabricated components coding annotation,naming prefabricated beam,column,board intelligent by programs,which are designed by Dynamo.This dissertation takes the Green Building project of Hebei Academy of Building Research institute as the background.Created BIM model,its splitting design,clash detectionoptimization model,the formation of a reasonable design model.The dissertation also simulates the construction process.By using the Navisworks to simulates component installation,pipeline laying and optimization time management of construction.
