In recent years,with the support of the governments,the construction industrialization has been developed well,which is the trend of the construction industry.The development of the construction industrialization has promoted the advancement of the prefabricated concrete structures.With the increasing researches and applications of prefabricated concrete structures,the problems arising from the traditional design mode become increasingly prominent.BIM,with its main visual characteristics,can manage the whole life cycle of the construction project,change the modes of construction and management of building industry.Taking advantage of information integration and sharing,BIM is applied to the design of prefabricated concrete structures,which can be used to solve the problems existing in traditional production modes.Through analyzing the characteristics of prefabricated concrete structures and BIM,this paper combines them and applies BIM technology to prefabricated concrete designs.The main researches and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The application of BIM in the construction of prefabricated concrete structures is analyzed in detail,concluded that this application is mainly in the construction phase,which should be extended to the design stage;(2)By studying the design process of traditional prefabricated concrete structures,the design process of prefabricated concrete structures based on BIM is put forward,and this two processes are compared and analyzed through different aspects and the relationship between two processes are researched,The new idea of separating the prefabricated parts from the whole structure transform into the whole structur,e from prefabricated parts;(3)Through the comparison of structural analysis software,the finite element analysis software ETABS is selected to analyze the structural model.The Revit model is transformed into the ETABS structural model by method of quadratic transformation and is analyzed.The results of the analysis are compared with those of the directly established ETABS model.The feasibility of the method is verified,and the transition from BIM model to structural analysis model is realized.(4)Through the analysis of the evaluation standard of the "assembly building",this paper provides the direction for the prefabricated scheme design of the assembly structure,the key problems considered in the design of prefabricated component and the design stage of the detailed drawings are researched,and the design and optimization of the beam column joints of precast member are presented.Through the research of this paper,the introduction of BIM into the design of prefabricated concrete structures can not only solves the problems existing in the traditional design methods and promote the popularization of the assembly structures,but also plays a great role in promoting the design process management.
