At present,the development of engineering construction in China is in the stage of both new construction and maintenance,a large number of buildings has reached or is about to reach the design reference period,appeared different degreesof damage or even destroy,urgent need for identification,reinforcement and reconstruction to ensure the normal use and safe use.But at present,structural analysis is performed by design software,and identification is performed by manual statistical methods.The calculation results are not accurate enough,which takes time and effort.Therefore,it is necessary to research and develop an identification system to assist the identification work.With the development of Information technology and the promotion of relevant national departments,BIM(Building Information Modeling)is more and more widely used in engineering projects,enabling all participants in the project to work together,greatly improving the efficiency of Information exchange and reducing project costs.However,the current application of BIM technology is mostly in the design and construction stage of new buildings,and the information management of existing buildings is relatively lagging behind.In order to promote the development of BIM technology in the field of existing building appraisal and reinforcement,this article takes concrete structures as the research object and refers to the current building seismic appraisal standards to develop a BIM-based concrete structure seismic appraisal system,mainly including the following work:First,the BIM model information integration platform was developed to collect,inspect and calculate the inspection information of existing building structures,and stored it in a database for transmission,storage,and query retrieval.On the one hand,the platform improves the efficiency and accuracy of processing detection data,and on the other hand,it realizes information collection and information management of existing houses.Secondly,based on the building information,the secondary development of Revit is carried out by using the application programming interface API provided by Revit to realize the automatic and refined modeling of existing building structures on the Revit platform.Then translate the current seismic appraisal code and realize automatic appraisal,summarize the components that do not meet the requirements of the code,and form an earthquake appraisal report.Finally,an example proves that the appraisal system is accurate in calculation,friendly in interface,and easy to operate.It meets the basic functional requirements of seismic evaluation of concrete structures,greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of appraisal,and effectively extending the application of BIM technology to existing buildings Identification field.
