Magnetic latching relay is widely used because of its small size,low energy consumption and high stability.However,the temperature rise,welding and loss caused by contact bouncing in the closing process seriously affect the reliability and service life of magnetic latching relay,and even cause fire accidents.Therefore,optimizing the dynamic closing characteristic of the magnetic latching relay has important theoretical significance and practical value.In this paper,the closing dynamic characteristics of magnetic latching relay are studied,and the factors causing the spring of dynamic and static contacts in the closing process are analyzed.By using the finite element software ANSYS Maxwell to carry out simulation and parametric analysis in 3D electromagnetic field,the magnetic density cloud diagram and torque characteristic curve of armature assembly in the closing process are obtained.According to the dynamic process mathematical model of the electromagnetic mechanism of magnetic latching relay,the dynamic closing simulation model is established based on MATLAB/Simulink,and the fuzzy control and genetic algorithm are added to optimize the dynamic closing characteristics respectively,and the comparative simulation analysis is carried out.The simulation results show that although the collision velocity of static and dynamic contacts decreases after the optimization of fuzzy control,the time required for the closure process is too long.After using genetic algorithm to optimize the fuzzy control optimization,the collision speed is further reduced,the closing time is obviously shortened,and the dynamic characteristics are more optimized than that of the fuzzy control system.In order to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm optimization,the related hardware and software design based on STC12C5A60S2 single-chip computer was carried out,and an improved magnetic latching relay prototype with the function of optimizing dynamic characteristics was made.The validity of optimizing the closing time and contact bouncing phenomena by using fuzzy control and genetic algorithm is verified through experimental tests and comparisons.Finally,the functions of voltage loss/undervoltage protection,anti-sloshing and self-recovery of magnetic latching relay are verified by experiments.
