The rapid growth of vehicle penetration has challenged the quality and speed of vehicle repair and maintenance operations.At present,4S shops,individuals,chain auto repair shops,automobile inspection and maintenance laboratories in universities generally use fixed lifts with large area to maintain and repair vehicles.Therefore,the way to repair vehicles flexibly and quickly have become the needs of modern vehicle maintenance industry.Automobile mobile rapid repair platform can quickly reach the location where the vehicle was faulty and then lift the faulty vehicle to a certain height,and the technician maintains and repairs the vehicle through the vehicle maintenance tools in the cabin.It is quick and easy to complete the long-distance rescue and quick repair service for small wheeled vehicles.The research contents were as follows:(1)The development history of the lift is expounded.The lifts commonly used in the market are classified and introduced in detail,and the research history,structural composition and performance characteristics of the mobile lift are analyzed.(2)The structure,main technical requirements and working principle of the automobile mobile rapid repair platform were analyzed.The three systems of the overall scheme were studied in detail,and the three-dimensional structural model of the automobile mobile rapid repair platform was established.(3)The key components of the automobile mobile rapid repair platform were designed in detail,and the materials,motion process and main functions of the inverted column,column rail car,folding lifting arm and sliding rail device were analyzed,and the automobile mobile rapid repair platform was completed.Three-dimensional modeling of key components of the platform and interference were analyzed.(4)Based on the anticipated design requirements,the hydraulic control system was studied in detail.In order to improve the safety factor,the balance,pressure holding and unloading circuits were added into the system.After analysis,the hydraulic components were reasonably calculated and selected.The main components were the No.1 hydraulic cylinder with 63 mm inner diameter,1200 mm cylinder length and the Xingyu YZL40E-2.2KW vertical hydraulic pump station.(5)This paper analyzed the composition and function of the test-bed of the automobile mobile rapid repair platform,tested the movement performance of the test-bed in the laboratory after assembly,and carried out the comparative experiment of the gantry double-pillar automobile lift.Through the comparative analysis of the test data,we can see that the lifting quality on the running speed and time of the lift-table will influence it.The results showed that the speed of the lifting platform was not obvious when the lifting platform is empty and loaded,and the hollowing operation was very slow and the carrying speed was lower than the ascending process.
