The sampling frequency is set on the basis of the highest possible fault frequency in traditional mechanical vibration monitoring,and it will increase data redundancy and energy consumption in an exorbitant sampling rate.The existing adaptive sampling techniques also have the disadvantages of slow response,data distortion,and limited application range.In view of this,and in accordance with the actual needs of data management in the field of equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis,an adaptive sampling algorithm is proposed,data acquisition modules and data management systems are designed in this paper.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Vibration data acquisition module design.Hardware development and design is conducted,including signal conditioning,analog-digital conversion,data transmission,printed circuit board layout and wiring.The software of the host computer and the slave computer are designed,the programming method of the main communication protocol is given,the acquisition module is debugged and tested,and a vibration data acquisition module is developed.(2)Adaptive variable sampling algorithm design.Firstly,for the parameter setting of Additive Increase Multiplicative Decrease(AIMD)algorithm model is difficult,an adaptive AIMD improved model is proposed and applied to adaptive pulse sampling to obtain data.The current signal obtained by pulse sampling is analysed from two aspects of time and frequency domain,and the vibration signal mutation detection strategy based on the CUSUM(Cumulative Sum)is used to determine the running state of the device to guide the system to perform high or low sampling.Finally,interpolation algorithm is used to reconstruct the data.The experimental results show that the designed algorithm has eliminated the contradiction between the volume and validity of the data.For the normal running equipment,the data volume can be reduced by at least 60%,which relieves the pressure on storage resources.(3)Design of data management system based on RFID(Radio Frequency Identification).In view of the inconvenience of acquiring equipment information in condition monitoring and fault diagnosis and the fact that the existing system only integrates the accounting information,the system scheme of integrating the three functional modules of equipment asset management,condition monitoring and fault diagnosis is studied and designed.A RFID-based data management system is developed,and the function and performance of the system are tested by using a RFID hardware platform.The test results show that the system meets the requirements for use.
