With the formation and rapid expansion of China's urban agglomerations,the spatial and temporal correlation in passenger demand and operational status of multimodal regional rail transit is becoming increasingly strong.The traditional "railway + urban rail transit" dual independent pattern is difficult to meet the travel demands of passengers.It is urgent to construct a multi-standard integrated regional rail transit synergy relationship.Therefore,the research on multi-system transport capacity matching of regional rail transit can provide a basis for regional rail transit coordinated operation plan,and improve the level of regional coordinated transport services.Taking the cross-line passenger transportation mode and the train speed combination as the entry point,the paper proposes a regional rail transit network capacity matching method.The paper first expounds the regional rail transit capacity matching theory,which proposes the definition of the regional rail transit capacity matching,and summarizes the matching factors including total capacity matching,structure matching and service level matching.Then,the regional rail transit network and transport capacity are analyzed from three aspects.Firstly,the regional rail transit network is divided into four levels: passenger dedicated line layer,universal speed railway layer,city railway layer,urban rail transit layer.Secondly,a conceptual domain of regional rail transit network capability is put forward.Thirdly,three key factors which affect the capacity utilization are discussed,including the cross-line passenger transportation mode,the train speed combination,and the transfer node selection.A regional rail transit capacity matching method is proposed.Based on the matching factors of transport capacity,a capacity matching index system is constructed,and the key factors of the capacity utilization are used to study the transport capacity matching strategy.The regional rail transit passenger flow allocation rules are proposed,including the passenger flow OD loading order rules based on the gray whitening weight clustering method,and an effective paths search algorithm based on different matching strategies.A regional rail transit capacity matching model is established based on the two-stage method.In the first stage,a flow allocation model based on system optimization(SO)principle is established,using the capacity matching indexes as constraints.In the second stage,a passenger travel route selection model is established,which can be solved by the multi-path passenger flow distribution algorithm.Taking the result of first stage(i.e.passenger flow)as the upper limit of capacity,the largest amount of train turnover that can be carried by the network can be worked out.That is the effective capacity of the network.By comparing the network effective capacity under different matching strategies,the optimal regional rail transit capacity matching scheme can be found.Finally,taking the Chengdu-Chongqing regional rail transit network as an example,the network effective capability calculation results of 10 transport matching scenarios are comprehensively compared,and the rationality and effectiveness of the above model are verified.It is concluded that the node transfer mode is the optimal regional rail transit capacity matching scheme.When the velocity difference between the two different speed trains does not exceed 50km/h,the effective capacity of the section is the largest.Selecting the regional core city as the transfer node can improve the balance of network capacity utilization.
