Study On The Influence Of The Setting Of Special Compartment Of Rail Transit On Residents' Travel Behavior

With the development of the economy and the expansion of the city scale,major cities are vigorously building rail transit to provide more convenient public transport services for urban residents.At the same time,people's travel needs are also changing,putting forward higher requirements for comfort and safety of travel.In order to better meet people's travel needs,public transportation must provide more humanized,diversified and refined highquality services to enhance the attractiveness of them.Some cities in China have set up special compartments in rail transit,providing more choices for travelers.This is a exploration of differentiated services.However,whether the setting of special compartments really meets people's needs,and at the same time,what factors will affect people's behavioral intentions of choosing special compartments,further research is needed.This paper starts from the traveler's point of view,based on previous literature research and analysis of special compartment characteristics,used the theory of planning behavior,and also introduced three variables into this theory: safety attitude,comfortable attitude and individual innovation.The factors affecting the travel intention of special compartments are analyzed,and the intention model of travel behavior of both commercial compartments and female compartments are constructed.We used the relevant theory of structural equation modeling to make variables that cannot be directly observed are represented by setting observation variables.Closely following the connotation of the factors which influencing the travel behavior intention of special compartments,the questionnaire on the travel behavior intention of business compartments and female compartments were designed,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested to ensure the rationality of the content and structure of the questionnaire.The AMOS software is used to combine the effective survey data with the constructed model.According to the model fit analysis and results,the model is modified,and finally a reasonable model is obtained.Based on the model output,the behavior intention of the special compartments is analyzed.And we proposed special compartment development recommendations.Based on the above analysis,the paper has the following conclusions: Among the factors which are affecting the intention of business compartments,the influence effects from strong to weak are subjective norms,individual innovation,perceived behavior control,behavioral attitude,comfortable attitude,and safety attitude.Among the factors which are affecting the behavior of female compartments,the influence effects from strong to weak are subjective norms,perceptual behavior control,behavioral attitudes,individual innovation,comfortable attitudes,and safety attitudes.Among the factors which are affecting the behavior of commercial compartments and female compartments,the most influential effects are subjective norms.At the end of the paper,based on the analysis results of the model,the development suggestions of special compartments for rail transit are put forward from the aspects of strengthening subjective norms and strengthening the attitude of behavior.
