With the development of economy,the Group cooperative development model of urban agglomeration gradually replaces the old-fashioned urban individual development strategy and becomes the new trend of urban development.In this context,more and more intercity travel,directly leading to high-speed rail station and other large passenger flow distribution points passenger throughput is also gradually rising,therefore,the distribution efficiency of passenger flow distribution points is particularly important,but because of the more evenly distributed passenger flow,there is no obvious passenger flow corridor law,It makes the effect of conventional public transport as the main passenger flow distribution mode unsatisfactory.In order to realize the efficiency of passenger flow distribution and optimize the allocation of public transport resources,this paper discusses the line planning and vehicle dispatching method with demand responsive public transport as the mode of passenger flow distribution,and strives to achieve the rapid distribution of large hubs.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the characteristics of large hub distributed passenger flow,and demonstrates the applicability of using demand responsive public transport for passenger flow distribution.(2)A demand-responsive bus line planning model is constructed.Firstly,the passenger reservation location and time information are aggregated with the goal of minimizing the aggregation cost,so that the station point information is obtained,then the line planning model is constructed based on the comprehensive cost of bus operation and passenger travel,and the genetic algorithm is improved to solve the model,and finally a example is applied.The calculation can be achieved during the survey period of 102 passengers,a total of 28 stations,a total of 5 bus lines,a total mileage of 22.88 km,the average non-linear coefficient of 1.31.(3)In order to improve the demand response ability of demand responsive public transport and reduce the time waste caused by vehicle scheduling,the replacement scheduling method of demand-responsive public transport vehicles under the condition of demand responsive public transport and conventional bus and vehicle is put forward.Firstly,the steps of vehicle replacement scheduling are described: The whole dispatching task is divided into two independent stages,one is the passenger demand response stage of alternative vehicles,the other is the supplementary stage of supplementary vehicles,and the two-stage tasks are bound to each other according to certain constraints;then the demand responsive public transport vehicle dispatching model is given.The genetic algorithm is improved to solve the model,and finally,the demand response bus replacement scheduling method and vehicle scheduling model are verified by a example city,and the calculation results show that the total cost value of vehicle replacement scheduling is reduced by 58% compared with the total cost of direct dispatching.;The average response time is reduced from 7.04 minutes to 1.45 minutes,and it is proved that the vehicle replacement scheduling method can realize the advance response of demand response bus to passenger demand,and can make up for the cost of vehicle empty driving due to the operation of a certain conventional bus line in the replacement dispatching of vehicles.
