The Research Express Packaging Design Based On Low Carbon Concept

In the era of rapid development of modern Internet and e-commerce,the express delivery industry is increasingly flourishing.And the volume of express delivery business is increasing year by year.The waste of resources brought by express packaging has become increasingly prominent.All kinds of waste and garbage have caused serious damage to the environment.People from all walks of life begin to call for the use of low-carbon and environment-friendly express packaging to solve the problem of environmental pollution.Therefore,it is urgent to design low-carbon and environment friendly express packaging,which can reduce environmental pollution and resource waste caused by express packaging at the source.In this paper,the concept of low-carbon as a breakthrough point of express packaging design analysis and research.Firstly,the concept,formation and development of low-carbon concept are summarized,and the application status of low-carbon concept is summarized.Secondly,the process of express packaging is analyzed hierarchically,and the basic content and design limitations of express packaging are summarized through detailed classification of different needs of express packaging users and corresponding scenario needs.Then,based on the problems found and the concept of low carbon,the special needs of low carbon express packaging are listed.Through the analysis and screening of the key factors affecting the low-carbon design of express packaging,the design questionnaire was compiled,and the data analysis provided support for the later design practice.The design principles and methods of express packaging based on the concept of low carbon are summarized,and the specific design practice is carried out.Then the fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the final design scheme to verify the feasibility and scientificity of the design method and principle.Paper guided by the theory of low carbon theory,the idea of infiltrating the sense of low carbon to express in the process of packaging design,packaging design by Courier service and the choice of materials,structure optimization,the visual guide to improve the express waste recycling,aiming shorten the low carbonization paths,contribute to promote sustainable economic development.This paper has 51 figures,10 tables,50 references.
