In 2018,the Weihai Municipal Government put forward the strategy of “Whole Area Urbanization”,strengthening public services,and promoting cultural construction in the work report.Under this background,the municipal government launched the “Green Axis” project.Relying on the municipal public art museum and library,it attracts financial business offices,high-end eco-residential houses,hotels,retail stores,etc.At the same time,it also forms a new core area of the city with the citizens' cultural center and the international exhibition center to integrate the functions of people's livelihood,residence and business.At present,the first phase of the “Green Axis” project is under construction,and the quality of the project is crucial in the construction of large-scale public service facilities,among which concrete engineering quality is the most critical part.Therefore,this thesis will study the quality risk management of the large-scale public building “Green Axis” concrete engineering.This research is of great significance for the quality assurance of the project and the realization of the strategic goals of Weihai City.Based on the integrated risk management theory,thesis paper adopts the integrated risk analysis technology method to comprehensively evaluate the quality risk of “Green Axis” concrete engineering and propose a control scheme.Firstly,the risk factors affecting the concrete engineering quality of the “Green Axis” project are analyzed in depth.The risk factors are identified through the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method and the WBS-RBS method,and the “Green Axis” concrete engineering quality risk evaluation index system is constructed.The integrated risk analysis technology integrates the three methods of TOPSIS,RBF artificial neural network and AHP,and establishes a new risk analysis model for concrete engineering quality integration.At the same time,with the help of MATLAB programming software and EXCEL data analysis tool,combined with the expert scoring method,the TRA model is used to comprehensively evaluate the quality risk of the concrete project of “Green Axis” project,which provides scientific support for risk control and management;Finally,based on the quality risk analysis results of the “Green Axis” concrete engineering,this paper proposes five specific measures for quality risk response,and also proposes a project management structure with clear rights and responsibilities and a method for improving project fund allocation.
