The Application Of Project Risk Management In Night Lighting Project Of China Zun

In recent years,Construction in China is in a high-speed development period.Night lighting project has already been an important and indispensable component in the construction engineering.And the risk management of night lighting project has become a major problem that affects sustained and healthy development of night lighting industry.We adopt the method of project risk management in night lighting project mainly from the following two reasons: First,night lighting project is one type of complex system engineering,which includs planning,design,construction and acceptance separately.The risk factors are more likely to arise and even single factor would affect the progress of the whole project because of various steps and higher quality requirements,then lead to huge loss.Therefore,comprehensive risk management is particularly important,and the method of project risk management provides a rich technical tool to prevent the risk of all aspects of night lighting project.Second,the methods of project risk management overcome the limitations of traditional single ways of managing risk,which refers to every step including risk identification,evaluation,response and control.The methods of project risk management are essential parts of modern risk management theory and their successful application on many typical projects attract project teams for risk management.This thesis chooses the project Night Lighting of China Zun as the research object.Risk managers prepare risk response plans well in advance of the implementation of the project to achieve effective risk control through the integrated use of risk management use of risk management methods and techniques,and to cope with the possible adverse consequences of risk events,Thus reducing the adverse impact of risk events and economic losses.Meanwhile,through the in-depth combination of the project Night Lighting of China Zun,our thesis deeply analyzes the main existing risk factors.Based on this,we also place emphasis on four aspects including risk identification,quantitative risk assessment,and risk response and risk control to analyze the risk management of China Zun.Taking use of risk fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the overall risk of the project,this thesis offer risk control countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the process of engineering project.This thesis has strong theoretical significance on sorting the risk management theory of engineering project,and practical significance on guiding the application of risk control of super high-rise buildings for Night Lighting projects.
