Research On Life Support System Of Fire Rescue Capsule In High-Rise Building

In order to guarantee the life safety of people trapped in high-rise building fire,the concept of fire rescue capsule in high-rise building is proposed,and the main life support system is studied.The main work is as follows:1,to build life support system,including: oxygen,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide purification system purification system and other poisonous and harmful gas purification system and the construction of the dehumidification system for oxygen,carbon dioxide,carbon monoxide and other poisonous and harmful gas and humidity is analyzed,and a comparative analysis for the purification of the corresponding drugs.2.Intelligent air purification device is designed on the basis of life support system construction,and the air purification device is simple,convenient and easy to operate.Carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,other toxic and harmful gases and humidity in the life capsule can be independently adjusted,and carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide can be combined to adjust.In addition,LabVIEW virtual instrument is used for programming to write monitoring and control system.When the concentration of cabin gas monitored exceeds the set value,the gas can be purified by controlling air purification device,so as to maintain the balance of cabin gas concentration and good environment and play an intelligent regulation role.3.Verify and further study the intelligent air purification device independently developed and designed.Three kinds of experiments were mainly carried out: single purification experiment,integrated purification experiment and real person simulation experiment.(1)the single purification experiment is the carbon dioxide absorber alkali lime,calcium hydroxide,lithium hydroxide purification experiment comparison;Carbon monoxide catalyst hogarat and palladium platinum ACO-2 series catalysts were compared.Anhydrous calcium chloride(anhydrous calcium chloride)was compared with cagarat in the experiment of humidity regulation,and the optimum thickness of anhydrous calcium chloride(anhydrous calcium chloride)was studied.(2)combined purification experiment is mainly to purify carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide at the same time,to explore the best drug combination,and carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide purification drug thickness and air volume research,get the most appropriate drug thickness and wind speed.(3)real person simulation experiment is to simulate the breathing situation of refuge personnel in the life capsule,using intelligent air purification device to purify the air.Through the research on the life support system of fire lifebuoy in high-rise buildings,it can provide theoretical support for the practical application of fire lifebuoy and pave the way for further research and development of fire lifebuoy.
