| Along with the rapid increase in the number of vehicles in our country,vehicle failures occur frequently due to various subjective and objective factors such as driver and road environment.It is possible to accurately and quickly find the root cause of vehicle operation failures and improve the efficiency of product upgrade and transformation.For automobile manufacturers,At the same time,with the rapid development of production and sales business,automobile manufacturing enterprises need to process more and more production and sales information,and the pressure on the production and sales process of enterprises is increasing,and the process of automobile production and sales is realized.Process optimization is becoming more and more urgent.on the other hand,Dealers are an indispensable part of car companies.Their excellent sales ability often determines the future of car companies,and more and more attention has been paid to the standardized evaluation of dealers’ growth.Data-driven enterprise scientific decision-making is an effective solution to solve the above problems,and the construction of enterprise data service system is an important prerequisite for realizing data-driven enterprise scientific decision-making.This project originates from the school-enterprise cooperation project--"Research and Application of Vehicle Networking and Informatization Construction of Yuandi Vehicle Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.",which studies the above-mentioned problems in the production,sales and operation of vehicles,and realizes the production and sales of vehicles.The data acquisition system design of the operation process and the growth evaluation model of the vehicle dealers are studied.Based on the collected data and evaluation model,the vehicle remote service based on vehicle operation data,the process monitoring based on production and sales data and the dealer based on the dealer are designed and implemented.The function of data growth evaluation,the research and development of the vehicle enterprise data service system has effectively solved the practical problems existing in the production,sales and operation of vehicles.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)The corresponding data acquisition system design was carried out for the production,sales and operation of the vehicle.Through the collection and production of vehicle production data and vehicle operation data,it provided effective data support for the actual problem solving of the vehicle enterprise during the production,sales and operation of the vehicle.(2)According to the research on the growth evaluation model of automobile dealers,the comparative experiments show that the model has a good classification ability for dealers’ growth evaluation,and provides corresponding model support for the standardized evaluation of dealers’ growth.(3)According to the actual problems existing in the production,sales and operation of vehicles,based on the collected data and evaluation model,the vehicle remote service based on vehicle operation data,the process monitoring based on production and sales data and the growth based on dealer data are designed and implemented.Evaluation and other functions,the research and development of the vehicle enterprise data cloud service system effectively solves the actual problems of enterprises.The research and development of vehicle enterprise data service system for vehicle production and sales and operation process can effectively support Yuandi Vehicle Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.to carry out scientific decision-making based on data-driven enterprise,improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry,and have certain economic benefits.Social value.At the same time,through the research and popularization and application of this subject,it can effectively promote the intelligent transformation process of China’s automobile manufacturing industry,and play a very positive role in transforming the traditional automobile manufacturing industry with data-driven technology,and the social benefits are obvious. |
