Faced with the intensified global competition and the changing market demand of consumers,the competitive advantage of automobile manufacturing enterprises has shifted from individuals to networks,especially the competition of supply networks,which has made the cooperation between suppliers and manufacturers more and more close.The close cooperation relationship brings huge benefits to the supply network.At the same time,there is a huge risk.Once an interruption occurs,the cascade failure will easily occur and the entire network will collapse.These outage risks are usually small,unpredictable events that cannot be exhausted and control the source of the risk.Therefore,for the OEM,the key is to consider the reliability of the entire supply network structure after the interruption of the risk.Therefore,this paper takes the automobile manufacturing supply network as the research object,and comprehensively analyzes the reliability of the automobile manufacturing supply network structure based on the complex network theory and the cascade failure theory.The specific contents are as follows:(1)Establish a hierarchical weighted supply network simulation model,which includes four network levels,simulating the four evolutions of new node joining,new joining,old node exit,and old connected edge exit,and considering the priority connection mechanism..(2)Under the assumption of static network,the influence of network structure index on the reliability of network structure is studied from the perspective of structural change.The process characteristics of interrupted risk transfer and the network reliability analysis after interrupted risk transfer are analyzed.Starting from the three indicators of interruption risk transmission channel and density,path and speed,the process essence of risk transfer is revealed,and the corresponding network structure construction strategy is proposed according to the weak connection theory.Secondly,by simulating the two modes of random failure and deliberate attack,observe the change trend of network structure reliability index,find out the influencing factors,and propose targeted management suggestions.(3)Under the dynamic network assumption,from the perspective of dynamic transmission,the influence of point-to-edge heterogeneity on the reliability of network structure is studied.The cascading failure risk transfer modeling and network reliability analysis after cascade failure are carried out.In the cascading failure risk transfer model,the three parameters of node tolerance,risk tolerance and load distribution mechanism are emphasized,and the concept of unequal network is introduced to illustrate its impact on the interruption of risk transmission.In the aspect of simulation analysis,the influence of tolerance coefficient and node mutual status on the cascade failure range and network structure reliability is mainly investigated.(4)Through the statistical and simulation analysis of C's automobile manufacturing supply network,the applicability of structural reliability analysis and the effectiveness of management strategy are verified.
