Military metrology technology is an important means to ensure the accuracy of the functions,performance and technical indicators of weapons and equipment,and plays an extremely important role in the technical support of our military’s weapons and equipment.In recent years,with the continuous growth of my country’s military power,the technology of military weapons and equipment has developed rapidly,but the development of military measurement support technology cannot keep pace with it.At present,the UAV mission detection equipment equipped by the Army is a special inspection equipment used for testing various performance indicators of UAV airborne equipment.Carry out periodic metrological calibration work.At present,the measurement and calibration method for the UAV mission detection equipment is mainly to transport the UAV mission detection equipment to the measurement station,and use the signal source,power meter,spectrum analyzer and other general equipment to temporarily build a calibration system,so as to measure the accuracy of the inspected object.The technical indicators are measured and calibrated.This method has a long calibration period,poor system integration,large workload for temporary construction of the calibration system,and difficult post-processing and storage of data.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on the calibration method of UAV mission detection equipment,develop special measurement and calibration devices,and develop automatic measurement and calibration software to realize rapid on-site measurement and calibration of UAV mission detection equipment.Being in good shape during missions such as training and combat readiness is important.This paper completes the measurement of the UAV mission detection equipment by studying the measurement calibration method of the UAV mission detection equipment,designing the measurement calibration scheme,developing the special measurement calibration device,developing the measurement calibration software,and evaluating the technical indicators of the measurement calibration system.Calibration work.And completed the analysis and evaluation of the measurement uncertainty for the developed metrology calibration system,carried out environmental tests for the metrology calibration device,carried out software evaluation for the metrology calibration software,and went to the front line of the army to test the function and performance of the metrology calibration system.The final developed UAV mission detection equipment calibration system not only completes the measurement and calibration task of the UAV mission detection equipment,but also provides a reference for the measurement and calibration research of other types of detection equipment.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Research the measurement and calibration method of UAV mission detection equipment.Analyze the performance technical indicators and tactical indicators of the UAV mission detection equipment,analyze the technical parameters involved,extract key parameters,and use RF power,RF frequency and RF level as calibration items.For these calibration items,the directional coupler method is used to measure and calibrate the RF power parameters,the direct measurement method is used to measure and calibrate the RF frequency and RF level,and the feasibility of the relevant measurement and calibration methods is analyzed.Finally,the directional coupler method is used to compare the direct measurement method.The integrated system integration calibration method is used as the measurement calibration scheme of the task detection equipment,and a multi-frequency calibration compensation algorithm is designed for the directional coupler to improve the accuracy of the measurement calibration.(2)Develop a measurement and calibration device for UAV mission detection equipment.According to the designed measurement and calibration scheme of UAV mission detection equipment,analyze the equipment requirements of the instrument composition of the calibration device,conduct market research on the measuring instruments required by the calibration device,analyze its technical indicators and functions,and carry out equipment selection and acquisition.The standard test module and related materials are used to complete the construction of the calibration device for the UAV mission detection equipment.Secondly,in order to improve the portability of the calibration device and meet the requirement of on-site calibration of the calibration device,the design and manufacture of the portable cabinet are completed.(3)Develop measurement and calibration software for UAV mission detection equipment.For the calibration target parameters,research the corresponding metrology calibration algorithm,develop metrology calibration software based on the LabVIEW software platform,cooperate with the hardware equipment of the calibration device,realize the functions of standard test instrument parameter setting,calibration target parameter acquisition,data processing,etc.,build test based on My SQL platform Data storage and query database,realize the storage and query functions of test data and equipment-related information,complete functions such as measurement and calibration reports,and complete automatic measurement of calibration target parameters.(4)Carry out technical index evaluation of UAV mission detection equipment calibration system.Complete the evaluation and calculation of the measurement uncertainty of the calibration system,and verify the degree of completion of the technical indicators.Select appropriate traceability standards for calibration parameters,and analyze and study the traceability and transmission problems of metrology calibration systems.Aiming at the influence of environmental factors on the measurement accuracy of each instrument of the calibration device,an environmental assessment is carried out for each test instrument of the calibration device.A third-party organization was commissioned to conduct a software evaluation on the calibration software,and the verification of the reliability and stability of the calibration software was completed.Finally,the army field test was carried out for the calibration system of the UAV mission detection equipment,and the test and verification of the function,technical index,practicability,efficiency and calibration accuracy of the calibration system were completed,which was approved by the military and delivered to the army for use.
