With the development of the technology of electronic control gasoline directinjection engine function expansion. Added more control function based on the basicof control object, making the work condition of engine state more carefully. Thecorresponding control parameters are also growing. In order to improve the controleffect better, it needs to carry on the matching and optimization, while the calibrationsoftware is essential in the process of the bench test and load matching tool.Therefore, a perfect function of the calibration software play an important role for thedevelopment of electronic control system of gasoline direct injection.In widely consult the related literature and abroad on the basis of analyzing theforeign mature different calibration software function. This project designed a directinjection gasoline engine calibration software based on CCP protocol. The overallarchitecture of calibration software which follows the ASAP standard, including PCcalibration software and lower machine calibration software. The calibration protocoladopts the international mainstream CCP calibration protocol (CAN CalibrationProtocol), and uses CAN bus as the communication medium of upper and lowercomputer data, through the use of ASAP2database file specification to describe ECUparameters, increase the universality and expansibility of the calibration software.PC calibration software using NI-LabVIEW software development and design.Based on the needs of the calibration software, modular design of each function,which makes the calibration platform has good man-machine interface and perfectfunction calibration module.The main function modules include: Software parameterconfiguration module; ASAP2file analysis module; Data measurement module; Datacalibration module; CAN communication processing module; Storage module andCCP protocol processing module. Through the combination of the different functionmodule operation, making the operator more convenient to complete the datacalibration, data monitoring and other related work.The lower calibration software adopts CodeWarrior design, debugging, compileand generate the target code. Including CAN driver and CCP driver. And combiningwith the calibration of ECU used in this study, clarifies the different of datacalibration method and data storage mechanism, which on the pulse spectrum calibra- tion and presents a method of centralized processing of data, which is to set up aRAM calibration data buffer as pulse spectrum data modification zone.Finally, on the engine test bench to this topic development of gasoline directinjection engine calibration software to carry on the experiments of function. First,developing the software of single chip processor and research development ofintegrated the functions of the electronic control unit (ECU) for direct injectiongasoline engine and successfully compiled in CodeWarrior, and completed on the testbench for common rail pressure monitoring and calibration experiment. Theexperimental results showed, the subject of the development of the calibration soft-ware of each function module is running well, meet the requirements of highfrequency stability measurement function of data measurement. Calibration modulecan be accurate and reliable calibration data of the ECU, data measurement and cali-bration to meet the accuracy and real-time requirements, the whole calibration soft-ware is stable, meet the general straight the spray of gasoline engine calibration workdemand.
