Housing is the basic material condition for the survival and development of urban residents.The construction of affordable housing has important practical and social significance for alleviating the housing problems of urban residents in China at this stage.By increasing the construction of affordable housing and broadening the channels for construction and fundraising,governments at all levels in China have alleviated the housing problem of low-and middle-income groups to a certain extent.However,many cities have problems in remote housing construction,uneven distribution,and excessive concentration in the construction of affordable housing.Due to the shortage of land resources and heavy construction tasks,the construction of affordable housing in Shenzhen has experienced problems such as insufficient supply of land resources,uneven regional distribution,and structural misplacement of housing types.Factors affecting the location of affordable housing include location conditions,land costs,public service facilities,employment opportunities,etc.,as well as the balance of interests of all parties.In the past,the research on the location of affordable housing was mainly based on the description of inductive methods such as induction,and the research on various influencing factors was carried out from a macro perspective.The evaluation techniques were less used in site selection research.Therefore,the quantitative analysis of the space selection of affordable housing is of great significance for further enriching the research on the location of affordable housing in large cities.This paper analyzes the relationship between the location of public housing and public transportation facilities by using the public transportation accessibility measure of Shenzhen affordable housing in the perspective of public transportation behavior of public housing residents,and adopts public transportation to protect housing employment.The accessibility is measured,and the traffic location of the affordable housing is further evaluated to explore the rationality and scientificity of the spatial location.This paper selects the affordable housing completed in 2011-2017 as the research object,combined with field research and GIS and other technical methods,first adopts nuclear density analysis,nearest neighbor analysis,high/low cluster analysis and other methods to spatial distribution of Shenzhen housing.Analyzed.Then using the spatial barrier model,the bus accessibility coefficient method,the shortest time distance model and other research methods to measure the public transport accessibility and employment accessibility of affordable housing,and separate the different construction channels and types of affordable housing.discuss.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation of the construction of affordable housing and space selection in Shenzhen was carried out.After research,this paper summarizes some problems existing in the construction of the current affordable housing and space selection in Shenzhen.First of all,there is a certain “spacepopulation mismatch” in the construction and space selection of affordable housing in Shenzhen.The construction indicators of various districts are not allocated according to actual demand.The population and employment population of Futian and Luohu are dense.However,due to the tight land resources and the small amount of affordable housing construction,the construction of areas with low population density such as Guangming and Pingshan is relatively Big.Secondly,there are differences in the spatial distribution of different construction channels and housing type housing.On the whole,the construction channels are better for the government supply category and the housing type is open leased security housing.Third,the accessibility of public transportation for affordable housing is greatly affected by location conditions and the allocation of public transportation facilities in local areas.Futian District,Luohu District,Longhua District and Nanshan District have good access to public transportation in the vicinity of the city center.Due to the centers.The excessive concentration of employment centers will result in lower employment accessibility of projects in the region.The employment of Nanshan District is concentrated in the high-tech parks.The employment population in Longhua District is concentrated in the south,resulting in jurisdictions.The accessibility of affordable housing within the housing is poor.Based on the above research findings,the paper finally proposes to optimize the spatial layout of affordable housing from the close integration of public transportation,the construction of employment centers,the expansion of construction channels,and the improvement of the choice of affordable housing,with a view to guaranteeing Shenzhen and other large cities in China.The construction of the house and the more,and the perspective of public transport accessibility measurement should be further refined.
