| Nowadays,the road test methods commonly used in China are facing the problem of highly risky,occupying large floor space and damaging the environment.All these problems hinder the development of automobile ABS detection.At this time,simple and safe indoor bench detection method has become a hot spot in current research.Based on the research of mechanical structure of automobile ABS performance test bench,this paper develops the measurement and control system of automobile ABS performance test bench.Finally,the experiments improve the feasibility of the test and ASB control system.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)Studying the detection principle of the automobile ABS performance test bench.Design of mechanical structure and measurement and control system of automobile ABS performance test platform.Design of the main and auxiliary roller sets to simulate the road surface of the vehicle.The universal joint device ensures the uniform speed of the front rear roller sets.Design of the motor realizes the adjusting of the center distance of the main and auxiliary rollers.Finally,the relevant parameters and calculation methods are determined for the detection principle.(2)Developing the test and control system according to the test bench design requirements which including hardware system development and software system development.The hardware system design mainly includes the selection of industrial computer and sensor,as well as the design of each detection circuit and conditioning circuit according to the performance requirements.Software system is based on Delphi software and Keil software.The Pascal language uses for upper computer program and Keil software works for lower computer program through the C language to ensure the smooth detection process and the realization of each function.(3)The vehicle test is carried out for testing the reliability of control system.The preset functions of the test and control system are verified to meet the requirements of the automotive ABS performance test.This paper also includes the road test of ABS.And the results of the road test are compared with the test platform.The results showed that the detection process of the inspection station is smooth and the operation is stable.The detection results are displayed in real time,and there is no phenomenon such as cascading delay,which ensures that the automobile ABS performance testing station can realize the detection of automobile ABS performance.(4)Select the vehicle ABS performance detection and evaluation indicators from the corresponding testing standards and related literature.Using braking time,braking deceleration,adhesion coefficient utilization,average slip rate,slip rate threshold and vehicle ABS adjustment times to evaluate the functionality of vehicle ASB.The factors of the test results were analyzed and verified by experiments.The roller surface adhesion coefficient,the roller center distance,the tire pressure,the wheel load and the number of flywheels off were tested respectively. |
