| The main research content of the project is to develop and design two-gear AMT drive assembly test rig and measurement and control system of EV,To achieve the automatic operation of the test rig through the simulation of the throttle signal.achieve automatic transmission gearbox movements.It’s a comprehensive test rig for testing the quality and performance of the two-gear automatic transmission drive assembly.First of all,analysis test items of the two-gear AMT test rig to determine the accuracy requirements,Elaboratedo the mechanical design of the test rig,the application of CATIA and CAD software on the test bench mechanical structure design and key parts selection match.Second,the design of hardware and software of intelligent monitoring and control board.Select chip MC9S12XS128 MAA as MCU of the intelligent control board.design hardware circuit and make PCB board,with software control program.It can achieve CAN communication with the motor controller;simulate the accelerator pedal signal;drive the gearshift motor and other functions,And the collected and received data can be sent through the Bluetooth serial port to the host computer.Third,based on Labview virtual instrument platform development monitoring and control computer software,and intelligent monitoring and control board between the wireless Bluetooth communication serial communication,real-time display and save the data send to the serial port.Set test rig operating conditions and test time.Finally,comparing test data with road test and bench test,determination of the performance of the two-gear AMT drive assembly of EV.verify the difference between bench test and road test,correct the text rig data.Experiments show that the two-gear automatic transmission test rig can simulate the operation of EV,monitoring and control,It is very important to study the shift strategy and shift quality of EV. |
