In recent years,China has developed rapidly in the field of rail transit.As an important component of modern high-speed railway trains,the design and development of AC traction system has always been an important task of China’s rail transit.In the process of research and development of train AC traction system,the test verification of traction test platform is essential.After the traction system is verified by the type test of the test platform,it can only enter the loading test stage when it reaches the technical specification standard of loading.In the development stage of AC traction system,most of the verification tests done by the test platform are static performance tests,but few are dynamic tests.It is not until the commissioning stage that the dynamic performance test is started.In order to ensure that the static and dynamic characteristics of AC traction system can be tested in the development of AC traction system,this paper puts forward a set of construction method and operation control mode of AC traction test platform to meet the needs of type test of permanent magnet synchronous traction system.With permanent magnet synchronous motor as the tested motor,it can realize the simulation of various working conditions of rail vehicle’s DC-AC traction drive system.At the same time,in order to ensure that this test platform can simulate all kinds of operation conditions of trains in the process of static and dynamic characteristics test,a set of operation control program of traction test platform is developed according to the principle of universality and the operation control mode proposed in this paper.The control program is designed according to the characteristics of modularization,and is generally used in the operation control system of this test platform.The control program can be used to complete the test control of traction characteristics and electric braking characteristics,as well as preset the basic parameters,running conditions and line conditions of the train,and complete the dynamic test on the test platform,that is,to realize the dynamic simulation of the running process of rail vehicles under different road conditions.Through the setting of interface specification,the program is universal.Only by modifying the intermediate interface program of the control program,the static and dynamic tests can be completed on different types of traction test platforms with the same function.Static test is used to check the performance of the test unit under constant speed operation.Dynamic test is used to simulate the speed change process of the train running,and to observe and collect the parameters of the test unit in real time.Based on the proposed test platform construction method,a single-shaft low-power DC-AC traction test platform is built in this paper.Through the static and dynamic characteristics test on the platform,the feasibility and effectiveness of the test platform construction method designed in this paper and the general operation control program in the platform are verified.
