Research On Dynamic Cost Management Of Construction Engineering Based On Earned Value Method

In the construction process of construction engineering,the occurrence and formation of cost is a dynamic process.The main purpose of this paper is to monitor the dynamic cost in the construction process.The earned value method is used to compare and analyze the cost data of human,material,machine and its total cost produced in the construction process with the planned cost data.The deviation value is obtained,and the deviation value is analyzed,warned,corrected and effective.Control the cost and ultimately reduce the cost.According to the real-time monitoring,the specific dynamic cost situation can be grasped in time,and the precise monitoring can be more targeted,so as to increase the economic benefits of the project.In the construction process of the project,according to the principle of dynamic control,the process of actual construction cost is effectively controlled.This paper studies the dynamic cost in the construction process of the construction project.The main work is as follows:(1)According to the current situation of dynamic cost management in construction process,this paper finds out the existing cost problems,clarifies the necessity of dynamic cost monitoring,establishes cost deviation baseline in line with engineering characteristics,and adopts necessary regulation mechanism and improvement measures.(2)Using the calculation software,we can get the planned quantity in advance and determine the planned cost of the project according to the cost information of human resources and machines,so as to solve the problem that the quantity of the project changes and the dynamic cost data are too many in the construction process.With the help of the function of valuation software,the quantity and unit cost of the project can be adjusted in real time,and the budgetary cost and actual cost of the project can be determined during the concrete implementation of the project.(3)Combining with practical engineering cases,this paper analyses the dynamic cost deviation according to earned value parameter curve of monitoring points in three stages,establishes the dynamic cost monitoring process,realizes the tracking and monitoring ofthe actual human resources and machine costs in the construction process,and accomplishs the goal of reducing the cost.
