Traditional earned value method is one of the main methods of construction cost control.It can provide effective cost control information to project managers,and bring certain benefits to construction projects.However,with the construction of the market continues to mature,the mechanism of enterprise constantly,the competition among enterprises has become more and more fierce competition,cost as a powerful factor,makes the construction enterprises more and more attention to cost control,so to find a more accurate method of cost control is becoming increasingly important.This paper is based on the background of Ssangyong Mazhai metro project,cost control theory,based on the traditional earned value method based on the required main research on related theories,Through the construction and application of earnedvalue method of CBM,the project cost control of Shuanglong Village new town is completed,which makes the construction enterprise better grasp the cost,schedule and profit of the project..Firstly,cost control,earned value method and improved research status at home and abroad and the related theory of earned value method is analyzed,through research and analysis,pointed out the significance of the construction project cost control is extremely important,and found some limitations of the traditional earned value method exists in the present stage of construction projects.To provide a theoretical and practical basis for earned value method of CBM.Secondly,analyzes the shortage of traditional earned value method in monitoring the contractor,and based on the earned value method in the traditional,based on the introduction of a view of the contractor budget plan parameter PV1,defined earned value method of CBM,to complete the monitoring of the profits of the contractor.Then,the construction cost control earned value method of CBM is constructed,and the relevant process design is carried out,which provides the theoretical basis for case analysis.Finally,the theoretical research fruits are applied to the construction of Ssangyong Mazhai metro project cost control,analysis the effect of the use of the earned value method of CBM,so as to verify the rationality and necessity of the existence of earned value method in the cost control of the construction project.At the same time,a good approach must be combined with a good management system,and complement each other,influence,and finally put forward some suggestions for improvement.The paper mainly adopts the construction cost control of literature research,expert consultation,field investigation,case analysis and other methods,the limitations of traditional earned value method based on earned value method of CBM,effectively improve the monitoring of the contractor of the project,can value improvement and profit control in order to provide reference for future earning.The earned value method of CBM fully demonstrates its importance in cost and profit control.
