Yili Power Grid is operated and managed by Yili Power Supply Company.There are two public 110kV substations in Chaxian County,which are 110kV transformer in Chaxian County and 110kV transformer in Jinquan County.Jinquan transformer mainly supplies power to the west of Chaxian County,Chaxian transformer mainly supplies power to the central county of Chaxian County.In the east of Chaxian County,there are only 35 kV substations in series,35 kV lines are long,power supply distance is long,conductor section is small,and the quality of power supply is poor,which restricts the development of the eastern part of Chaxian County.Kansu 110kV substation of automation technology provides power for the eastern part of Chaxian,fills the gap of power supply,and improves the reliability of power supply for the eastern part of Chaxian.The main works of the thesis are as follows:Firstly,according to the analysis of the current situation of Yili power grid,the paper points out that there is a shortage of power in Yili power grid,and puts forward some suggestions and design ideas for building new Kansu substation and increasing transmission lines.Secondly,for the construction of 110kV substation in Kansu,the preliminary work of substation location,short-circuit current calculation,capacitive current calculation and so on is carried out,and the primary substation system is designed accordingly.Finally,the second part of substation design based on automation system is put forward,which includes system relay protection configuration,system automatic device configuration,component protection and automatic device selection,dispatching and communication design and automation system design based on Intelligent management,etc.It achieves unattend;ed substation and remote monitoring.The level of modernization.The substation designed in this paper has been put into operation in Yili power grid,which meets the demand of load growth of Chaxian power grid.The method proposed in this paper can provide reference and ideas for similar substation design.
