As the most populous developing country in the world,China is also the fastest growing country in the world,and the demand for energy is huge.Coal,oil and natural gas reserves in our country is relatively rich,now found combustible ice in the south China sea,although the total amount is very big,but because our country has a population of 1.3 billion,the energy of the world in per capita is low,the effective and reasonable use for energy high demands are put forward.In order to meet the high standard of power reliability in the information age,state grid corporation has put forward the development strategy of developing smart power grid.Compared with the traditional substation,intelligent substation realized to turn electrical signals into light signals to transmit data,by the electromagnetic relay protection into the function of the microcomputer protection,greatly improve the safety and reliability of transformer substation,to maximize the efficiency on the management of energy use.As an important carrier of smart power grid,intelligent substation design is an important foundation and support for smart power grid,which has become a key research topic for experts and scholars at home and abroad.In recent years,the economy has been developing rapidly in Qingdao,and a large number of enterprises and universities have settled down.With the rise of blue silicon valley in eastern China,demand for electricity in the eastern region has increased sharply in the future.Based on the characteristics of the power grid,this paper designs the Donggang 110 kV intelligent substation.The design points are as follows:(1)The present situation of the development and the characteristics of the power grid are introduced.Aiming at the actual demand and load forecast of the proposed substation area,the necessity of constructing intelligent substation in the east port area is put forward.(2)The electrical system of the Donggang 110 kV intelligent substation was designed.The equipment selection insulation coordination and overvoltage protection power distribution equipment station electricity and lighting lightning protection grounding cable selection,etc.In this paper,an intelligent transformer is designed to monitor the temperature monitoring system of the core earth current system,and the intelligent scheme of GIS is designed.(3)The electrical secondary system of the Donggang 110 kV intelligent substation was designed.Completed the system design and selection,such as relay protection and safety automatic device system,automation of power system dispatching,system and station communication,element protection and automatic device,integrated power system,synchronous clock system,intelligent auxiliary control system,etc.Emphasis on the secondary equipment of the electrical network design,combined with IEC61850 statute has carried on the selection of network architecture,analysis and selection of electronic transformer,and designed a combined unit of hardware structure and software control process.The network of the electrical secondary equipment was realized by the Donggang 110 kV intelligent substation.In this paper,from the feasibility study of intelligent substation construction and feasibility,this paper combined with the feature of cieme regional development,from the economic rationality,advanced technology,the construction and engineering practical aspects of research,select the appropriate technology is used in the design of the intelligent substation,eventually formed the Donggang 110 k V intelligent substation design.
