Augmented Reality(AR)is an application technology that integrates real-world scene information and virtual world information in real time with the user's digital image processing function.With the goal of improving the maintenance and management of equipment,this project has designed and developed an equipment maintenance assistant system that can provide real-time information accurately and assist in the completion of maintenance work through the research of augmented reality technology based on embedded platform.Based on the embedded platform of this thesis,using the augmented reality technology,the equipment maintenance auxiliary system is taken as the research object,the design and implementation of its control algorithm are analyzed and the construction of the system application framework is deeply studied.The augmented reality technology of the platform is applied to the research and maintenance of equipment maintenance and maintenance.Based on the application in equipment maintenance management,the realization of AR technology is demonstrated and researched accordingly.The article focuses on the algorithm flow to achieve augmented reality;which based on the theoretical analysis to establish a system block diagram,According to the analysis of the system principle,function,demand and performance indicators,the hardware platform construc.tion scheme of the system is designed and the main program design of the system is completed.The logical structure of the system software is studied,the system running environment is completed.After the system design completed,the system's operation effect is tested and analyzed.The system works well and fully meets the expected goals of the design which can be applied to the auxiliary maintenance of various equipment.The system is mainly used for assembly or maintenance of complex mechanical equipment.It can directly combine virtual models and prompt texts with human real vision,make a large amount of data information in the operation and maintenance of equipment more visible and intuitive,carry out maintenance work in real time.live teaching.For maintenance personnel on the construction site,annotations,annotations,or presentations using 3D graphics superimposed with augmented reality technology are far more vivid and easier to understand than the manual.Therefore,the application of the system greatly reduces the difficulty of maintenance work of engineering and technical personnel which is of great significance for improving work efficiency and project quality,shortening equipment maintenance cycle and reducing enterprise cost.
