The continuous improvement of the functions of industrial equipment will inevitably lead to the increasingly complicated installation and maintenance.Field engineers generally take the appointment of experts to visit the scene or video calls to solve the equipment maintenance problem.This method not only has high maintenance cost,but also is not intuitive to describe the maintenance plan.Maintenance is inefficient.In this paper,the information technology and the traditional maintenance field are deeply integrated.Based on Virtual Reality(VR)and Augmented Reality(AR)technology,a local AR is proposed in the instant messaging state of two intelligent mobile terminals.The identification technology realizes the implementation scheme of calling and manipulating the virtual model from both terminals simultaneously,and designs the “remote maintenance guidance system”.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Carry out detailed scheme design for the system,analyze the system from two perspectives of user requirements and system use cases,and determine the three major functional modules of the system: expert list,device AR identification and system toolbar.The overall architecture of the system is designed based on C/S mode,and the E-R model is designed based on the conceptual structure of the database to design the system database.(2)Based on the UGUI graphical interface to develop the interface of the system,select advanced components such as Scroll Rect and Grid Layout to implement the expert list function.Based on Vuforia,the AR image recognition of the device is implemented,and the virtual 3D model of the device is loaded.System toolbar function is realized by Line Render component,Lean Touch plug-in and Animator controller,and program logic is written in C# language to realize interaction with device model.(3)Using the resource update technology of 3D engine and the data support of cloud server,a memory optimization scheme based on device model dynamic download is designed,which solves the operation jam caused by the increase of equipment in the system and ensures the smooth operation of the system.(4)Through the coroutine technology,Unity Engine.WWW class and the server for data transfer,the call connection between the two clients is realized,and the time-sharing control of the model is designed,but the implementation scheme of the state synchronization display is realized.Perform maintenance and control demonstrations on virtual devices in three-dimensional space,and synchronize the information to each other’s functions in real time.The laboratory centrifugal pump equipment is taken as an example to apply the experiment to the function of the system.(5)The system has instant information transmission and efficient 3D space display and demonstration functions.Experts can interact with the virtual device model through the system,intervene in real time and remotely guide the operation to the field engineer for equipment maintenance.So as to replace experts to visit the scene personally and achieve the real-time,convenient and efficient maintenance of equipment.
