In recent years,more and more railway station buildings are constructed in the form of large-span buildings.The steel structure system has been widely used in railway stations and other buildings because of its advantages of light deadweight,high strength,well performance of anti-seismic and wind resistance,and fast construction speed.However,the forms of long-span steel structure station buildings are different,and many difficulties are encountered in the construction process.Therefore,the corresponding construction technology ought to be constantly innovated to meet the needs of railway station building construction.Based on the background of the new Zhongwei South Station building,this paper studies the key technologies of the station building structure in the construction process,in order to solve the construction difficulties faced by the project,and provide technical guarantee for the safe and smooth construction of the Zhongwei South Station building.The main research contents are as follows:(1)By analyzing the influence of temperature rise and fall and different closure temperatures on the structure of steel arch,and combining with the lifting scheme of Inclined Beams on the roof,the closure temperature of steel arch is studied.The results show that it is most appropriate to select the lifting scheme of Inclined Beams on the roof of scheme 3 for the closure construction of steel arch at 10-15 C,and according to the calculation results,a strain monitoring scheme for the main arch of steel arch is formulated.(2)In the stage of further design,a joint optimization scheme is proposed for the joints of inclined beam and steel arch in roof.The optimized scheme effectively reduces the difficulty of construction.The seismic performance and bearing capacity of the joints are analyzed after optimization,and the results show that the bearing capacity of the joints meets the requirements and the seismic performance is good.(3)According to the optimization of the hanging point arrangement scheme of the inclined beam on the roof,a reasonable hanging point arrangement scheme is formulated;through the construction simulation analysis of the lifting construction process of the inclined beam on the roof,the results show that the stress and displacement meet the requirements and the structure is in a safe state;and combining with the analysis results,a monitoring scheme of the displacement of the inclined beam on the roof is formulated.(4)Through the analysis of the strength and stability of the temporary bracket under the inclined beam of the roof,the results show that the strength of the temporary bracket meets the design requirements.Besides,the local and overall stability of the roof structure meets the requirements.
