China’s economy is in an important period of transition to a high-quality model.It is an inevitable trend for the development of the construction industry to reduce the negative impact of green construction and prefabricated buildings on the environment.Based on this background,this paper attempts to study the development of prefabricated buildings on the basis of the application of green building technology,discuss the improvement methods and benefits,and put forward suggestions for the progress in this field.Firstly,this paper reviews the research background,expounds the purpose and significance of the research,analyzes the current research status at home and abroad in detail,and states the research content,route and methods of this paper.Secondly,through literature review,this paper expounds the theoretical basis,the concept and main content of green construction,and the concept and main content of prefabricated buildings,and makes a systematic analysis of the integration of prefabricated buildings and green construction.Then,based on expert experience and practical analysis,the existing problems and causes of green construction are obtained,and then the application of green building technology is discussed through group discussion.The solutions are divided into organization management measures and construction technology measures.Improving the application level of green construction is the basis for the implementation of prefabricated buildings.This paper further selects four typical cases to study the influencing factors of prefabricated buildings,uses the quantitative analytic hierarchy process to analyze the weight of the influencing factors of prefabricated buildings,then imports the weight value into the comprehensive evaluation model,and uses the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation to evaluate the comprehensive benefit level of prefabricated buildings.Among them,the analytic hierarchy process takes the four stages of assembly as the criterion level,and the influencing factors of each stage as the indicator level.It can be seen from the calculation that there are shortcomings in the design stage,production stage and construction stage.In view of the above shortcomings,this paper proposes solutions.In terms of demonstration,taking the South China Institute of Technology International Campus Project as an example,the improvement measures for green construction have been implemented,and BIM technology has been introduced to promote the prefabricated buildings of this project,resulting in economic results of cost saving,environmental results of green building demonstration projects,and social results of good reputation.Finally,according to the actual benefits of the project,the economic benefits,environmental benefits and social benefits of the project are comprehensively evaluated and analyzed by using the gray comprehensive evaluation model of quantitative analysis.It is calculated that the comprehensive benefits of the project are high,meeting the needs and expectations of the market,and the scores of economic benefits,environmental benefits and social benefits are at a higher level.Finally,it analyzes the existing problems in this field in China,and puts forward suggestions and measures for future development in combination with various influencing factors.Through the analysis of the assembled building under the concept of green construction,this paper studies the methods for its improvement and promotion,which has a certain reference significance for the development of this field,and provides a new idea for the application and promotion of this technology in practical projects. |
