Taking the(50+90+50)m continuous beam of the Weihe Bridge in the contract section C of the 221 Provincial Highway Luohe Weihe Bridge and its pilot project as the engineering background.In view of many factors of continuous beam hanging basket construction method,such as tight construction period,high cost and limited site,many prestressed concrete bridges were finally replaced by scaffold simulated hanging basket method.In this paper,the following aspects of the construction of the scaffold simulated hanging basket method are studied:(1)The finite element analysis of the whole bridge structure with continuous beam is carried out.The division of units and construction stages are determined,load information cleared,the structural response analysis under the main load alone and the structure under the combined load is carried out.Check the bearing capacity of the structure.The safety of the whole bridge structure with continuous beam is determined by the above analysis.(2)The composition scheme of construction scaffold is determined,and the calculation parameters,load composition and load combination are further determined.The load-carrying capacity of scaffold and the load-carrying capacity of purlin are calculated and analyzed analytically by selecting the unfavorable position of loading in the construction stage,at the same time,finite element numerical simulation is carried out.The bearing capacity of foundation is calculated and analyzed.The feasibility of the scaffold scheme is ensured by manual calculation and software review.(3)The construction control of scaffold simulated hanging basket method is studied.Under the guarantee of structural safety,the static load test of the scaffold is carried out,and the line shape and stress of the box girder are monitored.From the aspects of bridge alignment,stress and pre-arch,the paper discusses how to make the construction result of continuous beam constructed by simulated hanging basket of full framing meet the design requirements,and ensure the bridge to be smoothly joined up,be sure the reliability of the bridge construction.
