China's construction scale is expanding.In 2016,China's total construction area is about 58.1 billion square meters.The total energy consumption of buildings is 906 million tce,of which the public building area is 11.7 billion square meters,and the total energy consumption of public buildings is 280 million tce,accounting for 31% of the total building energy consumption.While the energy intensity per unit area has increased rapidly,the total energy consumption of public buildings has also increased significantly.With the continuous improvement of medical service levels,the scale of hospital buildings in China will increase substantially.The influencing factors of hospital building energy consumption are more complicated than ordinary public buildings,and it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on its energy consumption characteristics to facilitate the development of related energy-saving renovation work.At present,the energy-saving renovation of existing hospital buildings in Wuhan is being vigorously carried out.In the renovation work,we should not only consider what energy-saving measures should be adopted,but also pursue the "effect orientation" of reducing the actual energy used in buildings,and evaluate the energy-saving benefits objectively and accurately.In this paper,the energy consumption of 8 large third-class hospitals in Wuhan is analyzed,and the rationality of the evaluation indexes of energy consumption per unit area,per unit bed energy consumption and per unit medical quantity is discussed.Finally,the evaluation index of energy consumption per unit bed is recommended to evaluate the energy consumption level of hospital buildings.Through the analysis of the energy consumption of typical hospitals,the differences between the equivalent heating method,the equivalent value method and the equivalent electric method for energy consumption are compared,which explains the importance of selecting the energy consumption conversion method and evaluates the energy saving potential of the hospital.The building energy consumption of the hospital was simulated by using DeST simulation software,and the energy consumption of each energy-using system was separated.The daily energy consumption of the building is obtained by software simulation method,which solves the problem of insufficient data for training back propagation neural network model of the existing building.A prediction model of energy consumption of the neural network is constructed and validated.In this paper,the energy consumption of buildings without energy consumption monitoring system is simulated,and the prediction model of energy consumption based on neural network is constructed by using the simulation results,which provides a reference for the evaluation of energy-saving benefits in the process of energy-saving renovation of existing buildings.
